Nur Aisyah Khairuddin
Director, Architect
Nur Aisyah Khairuddin is the visionary director and architect behind NAK Design Ltd. With a remarkable blend of creativity and professionalism, she has experience working on projects in Hertfordshire, Hampshire and Surrey, UK, as well as international projects in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and Italy. These projects with values ranging from £60,000 to £3 million showcase her versatility and commitment to excellence.
She earned her bachelor's degree (RIBA/LAM Part 1) from Universiti Teknologi MARA in Malaysia, followed by a master's degree (RIBA/ARB Part 2) from the esteemed Oxford Brookes University. To obtain the registered architect status, she completed her Examination in Professional Practice in Architecture (RIBA/ARB Part 3) at the renowned Bartlett School of Architecture at UCL. Her impressive educational background complements her professional experience, establishing her as a leading figure in the field of architecture.
Alongside her architectural work, she has been involved in stage performances and fashion design while studying in Malaysia. When she is not designing buildings, she enjoys going to the gym, socialising with friends, and pursuing her passions for live music, dancing, cooking, and travelling. Additionally, she participates in races and can play both the drums and the guitar!

Pasqualina Piccirillo
Pasqualina Piccirillo is a registered architect in both Italy and the UK. She serves as the director of PAS’ Architecture & Design, a firm she established in January 2022. She has experience working on residential and leisure projects in Italy, London, and Barbados. In addition to her role as an architect, she has been tutoring design at a high school in Italy since 2024.
She graduated from the Università della Campania in Italy in 2014 and pursued her interest in the environment by earning a Master’s Degree in Sustainable Design from Oxford Brookes University.
Pasqualina finds inspiration in travelling, visiting art museums, and painting, which fuel her creativity and sensibility. She enjoys spending time with friends, trying new cuisines, having an enjoyable aperitivo, playing volleyball, and dancing. She firmly believes that maintaining a work-life balance is essential for a meaningful life..

Aqilah Amran
Aqilah Amran is a Senior Architect at Align Design Ltd, where she leads a variety of projects with a focus on workplace environments.
With a keen eye for colour and composition, Aqilah is an architect who brings both creativity and technical precision to every project. Mastering 3D modeling, she understands the transformative power of injecting design detail—not just as visual tools, but as a functional, mood-setting element that integrates seamlessly with the broader design scheme.
Equally committed to safety and compliance, Aqilah ensures that all materials meet fire and building regulations—highlighting a professional approach that values both beauty and responsibility. This combination of vision and technical understanding makes her a trusted partner on residential and commercial interiors alike.

Marija Milosevic
Marija Milosevic is a Senior Architectural Manager at Mace with 9 years of experience delivering complex public sector projects, including primary schools, residential and custodial premises for government organisations. She brings a strong architectural foundation and knowledge of planning and building control, and has led projects across all RIBA stages, including work in modular off-site construction.
Marija combines her architectural knowledge with a collaborative, people-first approach. Her involvement in the public sector helped her hone her stakeholder engagement skills, and she’s known for her ability to communicate clearly and manage expectations with professionalism and warmth.
She graduated from the University of Kent (BA(Hons)) and Oxford Brookes University (MArchD), completing her Architectural qualifications at the University of Westminster in 2018.
Outside of work, she enjoys pottery, film photography, gardening and cooking—creative pursuits that reflect her hands-on approach and eye for detail.
