New Entrance and Accessible Ramp, Cranleigh School

This project entails a new main entrance door and a corresponding access ramp for a school. The proposal aims to enhance accessibility and safety for all users, including individuals with mobility impairments, in compliance with current statutory requirements and best practices.

The work qualifies as Permitted Development under current planning legislation, specifically regarding minor external alterations that do not materially change the building's external appearance or use class.

The design adheres to Building Regulations Part K and M, as well as the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) / Equality Act 2010.
